The first thing we do is go over a list of 27 questions for two reasons: factories need answers to these questions in order to make a sample according to your exact needs and second we need the information in order to fill in the tech packs. Here are the first ten questions on the list.

Get Patterns and Markers Made in Vietnam
In Vietnam, there are several small businesses that offer pattern making and grading. If you bring them a physical sample or in some cases, just a picture they can create your pattern, size chart measurements, as well as print out a physical pattern and marker. My team and I work with these freelance pattern makers to figure out the fabric utilization, make the first sample and ultimately get the fit right for all sizes.
