Consultation + Factory Introductions

We meet for one hour on Zoom
I ask questions to understand your business and product requirements.
I answer any questions you have about manufacturing in Vietnam.
If you are interested, I offer my advice as if I was in your shoes.
I will introduce you to at least three factories that can produce your product.
I give you their first name, last name, phone number, email, website and google map link.
Then you reach out to them directly.
I promise that they can make your product and they will respond to you.

Factory Tours

We speak for an hour on Zoom to understand the kind of factory you need.
We pick you up at 7:30 am in the morning from your hotel.
We visit 3 - 5 factories in one day.
We provide the car, driver and translator.
When we arrive at the factory you are the star of the show. You talk with the factory reps, show them your samples, see their samples, talk price, talk MOQ and tour the factory.
Along the way we grab a famous Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich for lunch.
We get you back to your hotel by 5/6pm
You choose the factory you like best and work directly with them.
We don’t get paid commission by factories nor you.

Sample Development

Review 27 Questions with you.
We create version 1 of your tech pack.
We create the pattern file using Gerber Accumark software.
We quote an estimated price.
We make a sample using available fabric and accessories.
At the end of 30 days we send you an email with tech pack, pattern file and price quote.
We send you a package with the physical sample and paper pattern for one size.
We introduce you to the factories we worked with.
