Best Law Firm in Vietnam

LHD Law Firm is the best in Vietnam if you want to set up a company. Here is why I recommend them.

In 2017 I decided to open a company to start an export trading business. I also needed a temporary residence card so that I didn't have to do Visa runs outside the country every three days. They helped me open a 100% formed to own company and get me a temporary residence card. They also helped me with my accounting and my export trade business. One thing that many people don't understand when they first come here is that the moment they open the company, they have to begin keeping track of all their income and expenses, and make quarterly and annual reports to the Vietnamese government. Managing this paper trail requires good accountant with experience and relationships at the tax office. This is what LHD did for me to make sure that I operated the law and get all my accounting correctly.

I have introduced several of my clients to LHD Law Firm and Thay advised many of them as well as set up companies for many of them. All my clients have had good experiences and continue to work with LHD Law Firm in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the end of the day, it's all about people. I have worked with Thuy, Chung, Thao, Thuan and Duc on various legal projects. All my interactions have gone smoothly due to their ability to communicate well and their professionalism. I must say that I speak Vietnamese well and that has helped. LHD has English speaking staff and if necessary you can hire a translator to assist in communicating details when the legal or tax situation you are trying to solve gets tricky. They are patient and have many resources to overcome any legal or accounting challenge that you might face In Vietnam. This is why I say that they are the best law firm in Vietnam.
